600000 earned Reward Points to be Redeemed!

Alternative Armies has a great Loyalty system which gives extra value and potential treats to all customers. As of the end of January 2026 there are just over 600,000 points which have been earned on purchases which have not been redeemed for discounts or free miniatures. While there is no issue at all with our valued customers holding onto their Reward Points it has been said to us over email and social media that some customers are not sure how to go about using the points and what they can get with them from us. Here is illumination!

On the bottom right hand of the website is the above button REWARDS. Clicking on it and being logged in will bring up the menu with ‘How to Earn Points’ look into that to see the rate of accumulation as well as for your Birthday and for Promoting us online etc. In the ‘How to Spend Points’ appears a list of what you can gain by redeeming. Redeem by clicking on your chosen Reward on the list (scroll down to see them all) and proceed onwards with it into your new order. Once redeemed you will be able to see the redemptions in your account and we can see it at our end too. Only one discount can be used per order but any amount of product redemptions can be used per order.

For just 600 Points you activate a discount code for a new order (redeem and then add to cart and checkout) giving 20% off your cart total before shipping. This will be shown at checkout on screen.

Loyalty Miniatures. At just 200 Points each you can select an ‘LS Series’ miniature. Choose from a half dozen 28mm Ion Age, High Fantasy (above LS005) and Alternate Stars characters for your table. Each can be bought normally at 7.00GBP too.

Bigger Freebies. The Patrol Angis Game Pack? The Furioso Mega Bundle of two armies and book? Giant Skeleton with Fallen Giant Skeleton? An entire Ferach Elf division for Slaughterloo and Flintloque?  All of these can be had by redeeming 950 to 7000 Points in the tab via your new order. Listed in ‘How to Spend’ points.
