Zero G Sommelier new in 28mm and 15mm
“A Zero G Sommelier does not collect vintages. They collects the moment a world admits what it is made of. When a vial is full they seal it, slots it home, and walk on. Each vial a different hue on their belt as they click softly against each other. There is always another extraction. There is always a taste that has not yet been written down. The wandering of the civilised stars continues…”
Our science fiction offerings expand again following the Gruddle and the Nanite Shepard with a new rather unique concept for a character. A man who wanders the space lanes looking to ‘taste’ the galaxy and to blend his way to the ultimate drink or flavour. The Zero G Sommelier can be found in Alternate Stars 28mm Range and in the HOF 15mm Science Fiction Range in two scales. The two pack of both can be found in our Formally Free Codes range with a saving.
AS04028 Zero G Sommelier: One single piece metal miniature in 28mm scale. A Human experiencer of taste and flavour from across the galaxy. Wearing robes and holding his ‘First Press’ staff a unique device into which any organic matter can be fed and then distilled into its second chamber before being put into the vials which he wears. A self sterilising cup awaits the pour of a vial and a taste. Shown on a 30mm Round Base.
AS04015 Zero G Sommelier: One single piece metal miniature in 15mm scale. A character for your collection. Shown on a 20mm Round Base.
The Sommelier is a tall fellow in his robes and is flanked by an Armed Crewman from the Alternate Stars Range and the currently free in all orders (until 30th September) Barrel of Bottles from our 28mm Terrain Range (seemed correct for him!). In 15mm scale he is next to an Octopod Alien from the HOF Range and an Imperial Officer from the true 15mm scale classic Laserburn Range.
Here is the original concept sketch by the sculptor of the miniatures Sam Croes. We often have sketches done before committing to a new miniature. With such a zany idea as a space lane wandering taster of flavour it seemed more apt than normal!
Space Marines! Sculpted by Nick Bibby at the dawn of the 1980’s these classic metal miniatures in 28mm scale have been restored with pride and are all on their page of the website. Singles and a value set of all. We can just see SM3 Space Marine in Battle Armour being a guard for the Zero G Sommelier.
This are our science fiction releases for the month of September 2026.
Thanks for your Attention.
